What is SIP? How do I use SIP to call others?
Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) defines a protocol or standard of
communications for session-based technologies. Internet telephony is
one popular (and driving) example, however, SIP is also used for
instant message and other applications.
To make calls using SIP, you need a SIP-capable phone, softphone, or
gateway.
For more information on SIP, please see

How do I add myself or my company to SIP411?
You can add yourself to our directories by creating a mySIP411 account
and then creating an associated white and/or yellow page entry.
You will be asked to supply a username, password, first name,
last name, SIP address and email address to create a mySIP411
account. All of the information requested for your mySIP411
account is kept private.
